ufabetae Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

1 General Terms & Conditions

Ufabetae (referred to herein as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service operating for users in Bangladesh and select other countries. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ufabetae and the user.

Before using this platform, please make sure of the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• Online gaming is legal in the country from which you are accessing the service.
• You are using this service of your own free will and are fully aware of all associated risks.
• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full.

2 Eligibility & Account

2.1 Registration Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account on ufabetae. Registrations from minors are not accepted under any circumstances. A national ID or passport may be requested at any time to verify your age.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, device, or IP address, ufabetae reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, and email — must be accurate and truthful. Accounts registered with false information will be closed. Payment details must match the name on the account.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. Never share them with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

3 Deposit Policy

The following rules apply when making a deposit on ufabetae:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Deposits are accepted through approved payment methods only (Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer).
• The mobile number used for a deposit must match the number registered on your account.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
• Deposits are usually credited to your balance within 2–8 minutes. If it hasn't reflected after 15 minutes, please contact support.

Ufabetae does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside ufabetae's responsibility.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met before withdrawing your winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed.
• The withdrawal payment method does not have to match the deposit method, but it must be registered under the same name as the account.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if unusual or suspicious activity is detected.

4.1 Withdrawal Timeframe

• Standard Member: Processed within 30 minutes.
• Silver Member: Within 15 minutes.
• Gold Member: Within 10 minutes.
• Diamond Member: Within 5 minutes.

Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Ufabetae regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated at the time of claiming. General bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require the bonus amount to be wagered a set number of times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Validity: Bonuses that are not used within the specified number of days after being awarded will expire.
• Game Limits: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games.
• Multiple Accounts Prohibited: Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses will result in all bonuses and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Same Household/Device: Only one account per household or device is eligible to receive a welcome bonus.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all types of bets placed on ufabetae:

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Bets that have been confirmed cannot generally be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Ufabetae reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

6.2 Maximum Payout

There is a maximum payout limit per single bet and per market within the same day. This limit varies across Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots. VIP members are subject to higher limits.

6.3 Match Fixing & Fraud

If there is evidence of match fixing or manipulation in any event, all related bets will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ufabetae and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus hunting or arbitrage betting.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Depositing funds through a third party or operating an account on someone else's behalf.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Hacking, manipulation, or any form of technical tampering with the ufabetae system.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other users.
• Use of a false identity or forged documents.

8 Responsible Gaming

Ufabetae places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe gaming should be enjoyable — not a source of stress or harm.

Ufabetae offers the following safeguards:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Your session will automatically end if losses exceed a specified amount.
• Time Limit: Option to set a daily limit on your playing time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request to temporarily or permanently close your account at any time.
• Cooling-Off: Option to take a break for a set period of time.

9 Account Closure & Restrictions

Ufabetae reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of terms, fraud, or prohibited activity.
• Failure to verify KYC information or providing false information.
• Suspected money laundering or unlawful financial transactions.
• Evidence of account use by a minor.
• Directives from regulatory authorities.

9.1 What Happens to Your Balance When an Account is Closed?

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance and bonuses may be forfeited. If you close your account voluntarily, or if it is closed due to a technical issue, your balance will be returned.

9.2 Closure at the User's Own Request

You can request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance remaining will be returned to you.

10 Right to Modify

Ufabetae reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The update date on this page will be revised accordingly.
• For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
